I have a 2002 29L9 2.8ltr How often should cambelt be changed ?

Also What engine oil is recomended I have been useing Shell Diesel Mineral oil changed every 6,000 miles

Belt. Normal conditions 90000 Km irrespective of months. Adverse conditions 60000 Km or 48 months. However a lot of other factors have to be taken into account, general condition of other parts in that area etc. But sticking to above you should not go wrong
Oil, Every 10000 Km. Moderate climate 5w/30 OR 15w/40 Api/acea C1/E4 Sorry my system does not give miles.
