why does my strobe outside not flicker when not on?

It does not flash when not on.
What is your problem?
However other things flash all the time.
Dirty old men for example.

Create a full alarm condition at a sensible time of the day,then nip outside and see if the strobe is running,

as SD has said it only works when the system is triggered and should not run permanently,

also a please or thankyou would of been nice or are they words you seldom or never use?. :(

designed to flash when alarm activated not at other times. check your instructions, should be a program to test it.
