Mend Renault Kangoo Van Button Working

kangoo immobiliser?

Broken 53 reg kangoo van one button key fob,replaced,which was still working immobiliser and central locking. Now central locking works but red light flashing and will not start. Could I have damaged the circuit board when changing over? Now key isn't recognised?
