Mend Zanussi ZWF 1010 Draining Pump Filter

how to fix zwf 1010 not draining?

I have checked filter hoses etc changed pump, but when i put on now still does work, checked for power at pump and there is, with pump power disconneted and drain cycle on the drun spins once pump is reconnected and drain cycle on the drum does spin any ideas??????
