Mend Ford Transit Wrong

what is wrong with my 2001 2.4 ford transit ?

I have oil in the water tank but no water in the oil .the engine does not overheat and does not smoke and starts fine. How can I tell what is broken and can I safely fix it? Thanks

Ford Ford Transit Vehicles, Vans Wrong Ford Transit

had a couple of oil coolers go on these,put some detergent into cooling system and run for a couple of days,drain and refill and same again,some detergent and run another couple of days and drain.Fit new oil cooler and in the future keep an eye on all your coolant hoses for deterioration.
