why dose my transit cut out?

I have a 2002 2.4tdi transit which keeps cutting out when it stops the glow plug light comes on. It starts first time and when you rev the engine the speedo moves up and down. But when you try to drive it it cuts out. I have a diagnostic done but it did not show any thing wrong. trev
