loss of power?

my Baumatic Oven seems to lose its heat when i use the electric hobs at the same time is this due to not having enough power its off an old electric system and runs off i think a 32 amp fuse as it is not marked what the fuse is used for im just wondering if using the both the hob and the oven is asking for too much power and it cant cope. has anyone else had the same problem? and if so how could it be solved?
