Mend Renault Clio Battery Key Fob

central locking on clio?

I left lights on and battery went flat,car wouldnt start,but gave it half hour and it started ok,but now central locking isnt working,radio needed code re setting too which i havent done yet. My key fob light is flashing and working but not unlocking the car,any ideas?
