Mend Volkswagen Mechanism Working Replaced

2004 Cabriolet window mechanism not working?

Just had N/S front window regulator replaced. Now that window doesn't respond when I open the roof using the central button. This window has to be opened using the specific button on the door. Also, the comfort button option is not working, although this is not so much of a problem
Any solutions??
