how can i fix my boiler glow worm 35ci?

hi i have been away on holidays for two weeks and when i came back my boiler would not work,usually it looses pressure so i turn the blue built in filling tap then wait until the pressure goes up to 1 bar;i close it and it start to work again but not this time,can someone help and show me to get it working again,thanks
