Mend Peugeot 2003 Problem Air Con

how can i fix my peugeot 2003 aircon problem ?

i have a peugeot 2003 . the problem is the air con if i am driving with a speed of 70 or lower the aircon works properly but if the speed exceeds 70 the aircon stops cooling can anybody help me thx
