i have a back boiler system and have just fitted a new rad in the bathroom since then i have no heating and no hot water and boiler only lights for about 3 mins any answers would be gratful

IT IS POSSIBLE, IF YOUR HOT WATER CYLINDER IS VERY OLD IT COULD BE PRIMATIC, THIS MEANS IT TOPS UP FROM YOUR MAIN TANK IN THE LOFT, LOOK ON THE HOT WATER CYLINDER TO SEE IF THERE IS A LABEL THAT SAYS PRIMATIC.
