My Bosch Worcester 40 CDI has a problem the water isn't getting that hot but the radiators are working fine and the water keeps cutting out when you run a bath with the hot tap you get the 'E9' and then I reset but the water isn't getting nice and hot, lukewarm and the 2 sidways T's flash. Help.
