Mend Stoves 900EF Fan Running Wiring

Cooling Fan on Stoves oven running constantly?

The cooling fan on my Stoves 900EF built in oven is running constantly. Just installed it - is it a wiring problem? is it ok just to disconnect it? and use the oven as normal.

Was it runing constantly before if not, it could be the wrong fan or it could be wired wrong. best to get someone with electrical knowledge
