Mend Vauxhall CD30 Stereo Cd Stuck

What is wrong with my cd30?

Hi my stereo in my vauxhall zafira 07 is saying no cd but I can't insert a cd. Does that mean there is a cd stuck in there or a problem with ejecting/inserting?
