My Bosch Dishwasher will not drain water away?

How can i fix my Bosch Exxcel SRS 5612GB/08 dishwasher? The water does not drain away

if you have a reset button press and hold.if you hear the pump working then you have something traped in pump.if you hear nothing then the pump needs replacing.
