Mend Citroen Dont Know Car Help

my citroen garage don't know what is wrong with my car help!?

My car has been to the garage several times.
There is sqeeling noise when engine is started.
The replaced the alternator belt and tensioner and alternator and roller pully.The problem is still there and they said they don't know what is wrong my car is a citroen berlingo multispace vtr 16v 58 registration.please help
