apache 100cc quad ?

hi i have apache 100cc quad bike it starts wen throtle is fully open and only tiks over wen throtle is fully open wen i leve go of the throtle it just cuts out and wen i go to rev up it just haveing none ov it help help help plzplzplz

could be the carb jets are gummed up if the bikes been in the shed all winter, take carb apart unscrew all the jets soak everything in carb cleaner blow through with air check the idle jet is clear by looking through it, start using fresh fuel.
