how can i repair a neff circotherm oven?

Neff Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Oven Heating Temperature

I have the same problem with our Neff oven. Seems to be heating to about 10C lower than setting. Thinking about changing the thermostat but not sure if this will fix it. Any other suggestions would be welcome!
