Mend Kia Carens Noise Let Out

what is the grumble noise as you let the clutch out ?

its a kia carens 2.0 diesal 53 plate as i let the clutch out its making a winding grumble noice and its hard to get in 1st and second gear, but when the car is knocked off it goes into gear no problem any help ideas would be great many thanks

If it has a dual mass flywheel then that may need looked at also

if you cant get it in gear with the engine running but you can with the engine stopped The Cultch isgone need a new clutch fitting
