Mend Hoover TC650 Dryer Motor Repair

dryer not working how do I fix it? Hoover six fast Iron Condenser TC650?

My condenser motor is running for short periods only once closing the door then stops. After cleaning filters and emptying water container the machine still doesn't work. The red lights to indicate cleaning and emptying are needed are not coming on, so why is it not working and how can I fix it?
