water runs out of clean water tank as soon as it it put in place?
i have a hoover steamvac
model # F5869-900 SERIES N7.9...i had to order replacement handle kit, now that it is installed, when you set the clean water tank on, the water starts running out,like there is no cut off..you should have to press & release the handle for water to come out & it seems to be in place...sure do need help..is there any place you can go on the net to see the inside of cleaner?
