Flymo Contour xt ?

Sadly my old faithfull B&D strimmer has passed away silent and painlessly (no cards please) am thinking of changing to a flymo, had one before the B&D.

I like the Contour XT flymo at £40 with twin cord reel. Wondered if its easy to re-cord these as my crap U.K state pension would mean a loss of two days dinner buying a ready corded replacement when cord ran out. My other thoughts are manual 'edging sheers' which don't need electric or a cord reel.
