2010 transit connect gas 4cyl engine?

Van lost power while driving was at 60 MPH then all of a sudden power started to drop off had to drive back to work in second gear only went 35 MPH when I brought van back to work tried to rev engine while in park and only went to 3,000 rpm with my foot flooring the gas. Had a new cat converter in stalled last Month at dealer could it be bad again have 22,000 miles on van
