Transit engine power loss and heavy noise?

Just done 200mile since reconditioning the injectors in my 2005 Transit T 350 RWD 2.5d and now have power loss and serious engine noise almost like it is of the timing removed the timing chain cover and timing chain and tensioner are ok. Any ideas where I go from here "Saw something about power management Unit somewhere but cant see it on this model" someone suggestted doing compressed air check on the engine cylinders to check for blow by. How do I do this and what kit do I need.
