Mend John Deere 68 Mower Going

John Deere 68 wont go forard or backwards?

What would cause the mower not to go? I mowed my yard and then tryed to put it up and its like its not going into gear at all. I put a new drive belt on but nothing. Please help it runs good but just quit driving all at once!!
