Mend Royal CMS 482 Plus Programming Register Error

royal cms 482 plus?

My register has been unplugged for a while I have now plugged it in and the scene is showing EoC-3oP4 what does mean? I can't program anything. It buzzes everytime I turn the key to prg it doesn't clear.
