Mend Samsung ER-350 Cash Register Error

How do I program the Logo on Samsung ER 350?

I am having same trouble programming like Dickie

-the logo and deptments on this register.

I turn the key to pgm, press @/for then enter the 2 digit codes for logo I want, if I enter 5 codes the 6th one fails with and E1 input error. If I only try 1 or 2 codes and press @/for again I get the E1 code again.

Any ideas?

Hi.
I can't see what you are doing wrong. Make sure you have finished in another mode first (go back to reg mode, do a no sale to open the drawer then go back to program and try again).
Otherwise, try the example for departments that they give in the book. If you can get the example name to work then you might be using the wrong character codes.
