Mend Sony RDR-GX7 Dvd Inside Recorder

How can I take off a dvd blocked inside the dvd recorder?

I have a dvd blocked inside the sony dvd recorder RDR-GX7
and cannot take it off as the recorder stayes on ' Power Off' and never switch off unless I press continuously on the power button.
