how do i get the dvd drawer to open?

hi people just to let everyone know that i sorted the problem myself and all i did was like when i get a message telling me/you that your pc has been infected well don't believe a word,and what i did or what to do is just keep pressing the on and off switch as many times as it takes and in the end you will get everything back to where you were,try it,it has worked for me.
