Mend Beko FDV60 Dishwasher Water Stops

Fdw60 dishwasher?

Hi we just bought a fdw60 and plumbed it in we turned on and water is coming into machine then it stops and eco45 and prewash lights are flashing and then it pumps out water and stops lights remain flashing please can someone help me
