Mend Peugeot 307 Engine Pressure Power

307 problem?

Hi 307 has just blown one of the pipes to the EGR Diff pressure switch mounted on the radiator ! replaced this but engine will only run if the pipe is disconnected but only tick over ! no power and won't start if the new pipe is connected ??
