How can I fix my Techwood AEDTR80S7?

On first time installation and automatic channel scanning the tuner does not pick up any BBC Channels, only ITV channels. I went into automatic channel scan because I was unable view film 4. I have retuned in this way on many occasions successfully but it will now only pick up channels 21 to 68.
