Mend Aquarius Arm Water Dishwasher

How can I re attach the upper washer arm assembly?

The upper washer arm assembly has come away from the water riser on my Aquarius dishwasher. I can't figure out how to re fit it. Any suggestions? There do not appear to be any broken bits.
