how can i fix hoover 600m washing machine?

This machine does not have a pump filter or a motor with carbon brushes. It is a top loader. I presume it must be washing ok so that means motor is ok. Does it drain the water out? If not then it will not spin until empty. When empty can you hear any sound like motor is trying to go or no sound at all?

does the machine empty, if not first check filter and make sure the pump impellar is not obstructed, if the machine washes it should spin when empty, if no motor action you have worn carbon brushes
