Mend DeLonghi 903.1 Started Making Fine

DeLonghi 903.1. the oven has just started making a very loud grating sound?

My oven was working fine and has just started making a horrible grating sound. I would have guessed at the fan but it makes the sound even when just the oven light is turned on. help!!
