fault E18 with BOSCHE exxcell 7 washing machine?

The blockage could be upstream of the pump and draining hose. You may need to open the underside of your machine. There is a large corrugated hose which takes waste water from the drum to the pump. This could be blocked. There is a spring clip which holds the smaller end of the corrugated hose on to the pump. Squeeze this spring clip and pull the hose off the pump. Wheedle out the stuck objects and then reassemble.
In mine I found: 2 coins, 1 pin badge, 4 hair clips and a clump of gunk which was strapped behind the solid objects.

The hardest part of the job was trying to drain the machine before I could start the fix, because if the blockage is upstream of both the pump and the drain hose, the water is stuck in the machine. I fed a small wire gently up the hose and also in via the inlet to the pump. The water gradually came out. Took 90 minutes.

I have checked drain pump months ago and found daughters braclet. Cleaned drum, filter, hoses, drain pump. since then it has worked on and off when not i've emptied filter every time there has only occasionaly had some tiny bits of fluff. Today cleaned drain pump and done one complete wash on cottons at 60degree. The wash after again 60' cotton wash wash 106m completed 105m then flashed E18 on last minute. washing sitting in water in the drum sopping wet. I have also done 90' wash last week with bicarb soda to clean it out incase lime scale as we are in hard water area. what shall i do ???
