Mend Nokia 6300 Turn Turns Battery

How can I fix my Nokia 6300?

When I try to turn on my phone, NOKIA comes on and the screen flashes white 4 times and then the phone turns off. I have tried taking the battery and sim card for 20 minutes but no effect. Can someone advise me what to do? Thanks
