Mend Scunci SS-1000 Steamer Ss1000

Scunci Steamer Model SS-1000 (handheld) steam not coming out of tip. ?

The above handheld steamer is beyond the warranty period however it has only been used 3 times. I filled it up as instructed plugged it in and it does produce steam. The problem is that it does not come out of the bayonet tip when the trigger is depressed. I thought the bayonet tip may be clogged & tried another accessory without success. Any suggestions as to how to resolve the problem with getting the steam discharged?

Scunci SS-1000 Steamer - No Steam from Tip
