thanks, ran bioler flat out pressure dropped from 3 to 2half and also the overflow pipe was dripping outside, should this happen or does it give you a better idea of my problem....thanks

repressurise, run heating flat out and see if the pressure rises up to 3 then loses pressure, if so, the expansion vessel either needs repressurising or the diaphragm inside it has gone in which case it will need a new vessel

could be loosing it through the expansion vessel bladder split

within 4 hours it looses pressure, no leaks found

how quick does it loose pressure ? must have a leak in system some where. need more info
