Mend Samsung Ice Build-up Refrigerator Freezer

Samsung American fridge freezer?

The unit inside the fridge keeps icing up and blocking the fan inlet. the temp indicator says 1 deg but after a few days the temp inside the fridge does not get down to this. I have cleared the ice away three times in the last two weeks.
