Mend tevion LCD3210ID Light Tv Red Green

tevion LCD3210ID Flashing standby light?

My TV standby light flashes between red and green with a faint clicking sound coming from the tv. I have replace the main power board (MLT666TBX-1) and the fault is still the same, any help would be great
