My bosh steam iron has stopped working?

I have cleaned it all out, all the lights are on except the green one which advises me the sream is rady there is no red light illuminated to advise me the water is OK and there is no sound from the pump at all, the iron plate is hot but no staem ??

please advise what parts i need to repair my iron
