How can I fix my Bosch Sensixx B25L?

My iron is fusing all the switches in the house when I turn it on. Can I fix it or has it died?

the red warning button to let you know the water needs filling is on continually ,even although it has water in it.

I can't see a plug underneath to unscrew. Mine has same issue, no steam. Pump IS working, I can hear it.

Hello to all,

ours has just lost its steam completely and it only gets used once a week.

I have carefully de-calced it several times using recommended products and it sounds like we have had most of the issues listed.

A few days ago, it again started to spurt dirty limescale, etc over clothing being ironed, so I knew it was time to de-scale it again.

I started the usual process...and as I went to turn it on to activate the steam and clean through the steam ports with de-scaler...no steam at all! The heat in the iron works only, so purely a waste of time now...

We have had this iron for over a year and it has generally ironed well... but to be honest, overall we are certainly NOT IMPRESSED!

Sadly, Bosch is not on our list to try next...and NOT just because of the iron.

If you've not got a leaflet with the iron, or like us, have an old leaflet without the calc-clean bit, you can get a copy of the manual from the bosch website:

Ours wouldn't work straight out of the box, I screwed the plug out of the underneath and blew into the hole as I thought that there might be an air block and this did the trick.

Not being very helpful to Lynda, but I have the same problem, steam at first and then when hot it stops steaming. Any ideas anyone?
