Hoover WDM130 washing machine - how do I remove dispenser assembly ?

How do I remove the dispenser assembly in order to reach a leaking hose which is located below?

the easy way to reach the hose would be release the front edge of the rubber gasket from the front panel and tilt the machine back at an angle, this should give quick access and use a long nose pliers, otherwise its lid,side rails and front facia to be taken off
