Mend Kenmore 70 Replacement Work Black

belt replacement?

How does the belt travel on Kenmore 70 ? I have the belt around all the pully`s but it doesn`t work. Whats with the arm with 2 black wheels. Does the belt go around them also ????????

hi the belt goes inside the wheel assembly with both wheels resting on it to make it tight
