My car just clicks repeatedly when i try to start ?

Sounds like starter motor/solenoid, or the leads/connections to and from it, the battery and earth.

If the battery is relatively new and in a good state of charge and the car has done a lot of miles then I'd suggest that you need a new starter motor. I suspect the car is 12 or 13 years old??
