When adjusting inner peg, do you turn it clockwise or anticlockwise and when you feel resistance do you back it of a little, before tightening the check nut ?
sorry,can`t remember which way to go,you will soon know,give it half a turn and it will either have lots more play or will be very tight and you probably wont be able to go lock to lock,a small amount of play won`t hurt but any large excess will probably fail an mot but i remember that if it is too tight then you will struggle to turn lock to lock,good luck.
