Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar HE Boiler Start Reset

C1 is flashing on my Greenstar HE combi boiler?

And it won't start up. What does this mean?
If I reset it says 22 in display then as soon as it gets to 23 it starts flashing C1?
Please help.
