Mend Mercedes-Benz C220 Start 1st Car

Merc c220, 94, difficult to start 1st off, after being stood, ?

When car been stood awhile, it wont strike up, when starts have to put accelorater down to clear bad idle, then runs perfect, starts 1st time after it warmed up. Any advice welcome.
